Serves 4
1 broccoflower
1 egg + 3 yolk
250 ml liquid cream
250 ml milk
70 g butter
30 g flour or gluten free flour
salt and pepper
nutmeg
Preheat the oven 210c
Bring to boil 750 ml of water with the milk. Salt. Cook the broccoflower into uniform bite sized florets for 10 to 12 min.
In the mean time, melt 50g of butter in a pot, add the flour and cook 2 min in mixing at all time. Pour the cream and cook it on low heat to thick it up.Salt and pepper to taste add a pinch of nutmeg. Add the egg and the 3 yolks.
Drain and mix the broccoflower
Mix everything together and put in 4 small glass dish. Bake in the oven for 15min.
Ready to serve!
