Ingredients

70g rice flour
115g almond meal
70g quinoa flakes
3 tbsp pure cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 pinch of salt
60g of vegan dark chocolate drops
3 persimmon grated
3 tsp of coconut yoghurt or 1 egg
60g of coconut sugar 
6 drops of vanilla extract
4 tbsp coconut oil

Method

In a bowl, wisk the yoghurt or egg with the sugar, the vanilla, the coconut oil melted.
Add all the dry ingredients into it and the grated persimmons.
Put the mix in small muffin tray bake for 30min 180c.
