- 300g of raw grated beetroot (approx 2 medium size beetroots)
- 300g of grated carrot (approx 3 medium size carrots)
- 80g of cashew nuts pan fried in clarify butter: ghee or in coconut oil for a vegan version
- 100g of sheep or goat feta, avocado for a vegan version
For seasonning add some balsamic vinegar (approx 2 tbsp), olive oil (approx 3 tbsp) salt and pepper to taste.
Some fresh chopped herbs would also add a nice flavor to it such as mint, coriander, parsley or even green fresh onions.
