1 kohlrabi
1 courgette 
100g of feta
3 pieces of sun-dried tomatoes
 5 or 6 leaves of fresh basil
1 or 2 branches of fresh thyme
1 tsp of lemon zest


Peel the kohlrabi. Slice kohlrabi and courgette very finely or use a mandolin. Alternate slices in the oven tray. Dice the feta and sprinkle it on top of the veges. Chop the basil and the sun-dried tomatoes and sprinkle it on top of the dish. Sprinkle the thyme too.
Bake in the oven for about 1 hour 150c. 
Ready to serve!
