Rocket is often put aside, as its strong peppery taste makes it hard to eat by itself, however many recipes can become tastier, simply by adding rocket! Pasta, pizza, salmon,... just add some fresh leaves sliced finely to the top of your dish or add to your favorite creamy sauce like aromatic herb, let's be creative with the rocket! :-)

Ingredients

  • 100 g of  fresh rocket
  • 70 g of parmesan
  • 40 g of pine nuts
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 15 to 20 cl of olive oil
  • salt

Method

Put everything in a food processor and mix to obtain a smooth paste.
